Christians and divorce - how protect of yourself after your divorce


Christians as well as non-Christians divorced but often feel as if you have failed to God and do not deserve a good future. This is not true. God is aware of that sin leads to broken relationships. He hates divorce, but he loves you. Regardless of what happened in his marriage that led to the divorce, he cares deeply about you now and wants to be healed and restored.

Divorce requires a huge adjustment in your life. Takes time to reorient and rebuild.In the process, you have to learn to cuidarse.Tenga in mind these tips:

1 Find a new system of support that is secure, support, help and understanding holding him accountable. You need people who care about you and who will be honest with you for what you can grow.

2 Learn to take care of you same emocionalmente.Obtener treatment if necessary. Dealing with your difficult emotions as they come in healthy ways. Filling of emotions is counterproductive.

3 Take care of yourself physically even when you don't want. A decision to rest, exercise, eat and take account of health problems.When you feel bad for you, you have a tendency to ignore the needs of your body.

4 Expand and stimulate your mind by reading, learn new things and resolute activities carried out.

5 Finding a spiritual life more profunda.Independientemente where you were before, deepen your walk with the Lord by prayer, Bible study, meditation, praise and join a study of the Bible.To find a new Church, you can decide if it is too painful to be in the Church where you went with your spouse.
